Quality and Utilization Management

CareConnections is a web-based suite of rehabilitation management services created by Therapeutic Associates, Inc. that consists of CareConnections Outcomes System (CCOS), Prior Advice/Authorization System (PAS), Clinical Practice Guidelines, and CareConnections Patient Satisfaction Survey. Each tool with the exception of Patient Satisfaction¹ can be used independently or in concert with any or all of the products and services offered to monitor utilization, quality, and patient satisfaction of physical rehabilitation services.

CareConnections Online Enterprise Safety , the newest addition to CareConnections products, can help identify employee injury risks that can be resolved through self-correction or in conjunction with Therapeutic Associates’ Work Kinetics program of on-site Injury Prevention and physical rehabilitation services.
